UNISEPA screening machine

The mixture to be screened out is poured into the
hopper system of the screening machine manually and
conveyed onto the screen by vibration. The funnel-end
gate valve allows adjustment of optimum screen flow.
With the rotational speed adjuster the vibration frequency
(throw frequency) can be adapted to various mixtures
depending on requirements (screening speed).
There is also the option of increasing or reducing the
amplitude of the screening machine (throw distance)
by varying the oscillating weights on the unbalanced
motor. With a long throw distance, for example,
scoopable workpieces can be emptied, while with
a short throw distance intricate workpieces can be
separated gently.
